EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
WITHDRAWAL POLICIES
In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in the Consumer Statute, Law 1480 of 2011, in its Article 47, the maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal is 5 business days from the date of delivery of the product purchased at the store www.tumodalatina.com.
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, namely:
*Original packaging in perfect condition.
*Original labels on the product without breaks or sew-ups.
*Additional Accessories (If applicable).
*Product in perfect condition, without breaks, tears, stains, stitching, discoloration or other damage that may occur to the product.
*The product must not show signs of use, washing or damage.
*The product must be returned through a certified carrier.
Shipping costs and other costs incurred in returning the product will be covered by the consumer.
If during the first 10 business days following the customer's request to exercise the right of withdrawal by email to info@tumodalatina.com and the product has not been returned to www.tumodalatina.com, we will be informed that the customer has decided to waive the right of withdrawal.
If all the aforementioned conditions are met, www.tumodalatina.com will refund the total amount paid to the customer, without any deductions or withholdings. The return period may not exceed 30 calendar days from the date the customer exercises their right of withdrawal.
WITHDRAWAL PROCESS
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must express their intention in writing by means of an electronic communication to the email info@tumodalatina.com, indicating the order number, invoice number and product, within a period of no more than 5 business days from the date of delivery of the product.
The customer must send the product via a certified carrier (they must go to the carrier and generate the corresponding return guide) within a period of no more than 10 business days from the date of delivery of the product. For information on the shipping address, the customer must contact the customer service line (+57) 319 738 36 99, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or request information via email at info@tumodalatina.com.
www.tumodalatina.com, upon receiving the product and verifying that it meets the aforementioned conditions, will proceed to process the refund using coupons or discount codes for the value subject to the right of withdrawal. In specific cases, this will be determined with the customer.
EXCHANGE POLICIES
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases through www.tumodalatina.com.
To exercise the right to exchange, products must meet the following requirements:
*They must not have been used, washed or damaged.
*You must keep the original label. We therefore suggest trying on the garments before removing them.
*Must be returned in the original packaging.
*Purchase invoice or gift certificate must be presented.
PROCESS OF CHANGE
To make an EXCHANGE, the customer must express their intention in writing by means of an electronic communication to info@tumodalatina.com, stating the reason for the exchange (size, color), order number, invoice number, and product, within a period of no more than 8 business days from the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
The customer must ship the product via a certified carrier within 10 business days of the delivery date. CLAIM FOR QUALITY
Provided the garments have been used correctly, they may be exchanged within a maximum period of (30) days from the date of receipt of the product. Products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
In the event of quality issues, we will recognize the repair or replacement and reimburse you for all expenses incurred.
If the warranty request is not accepted after evaluation by the quality department due to non-compliance with the conditions indicated above, the customer will be notified within 15 business days of the claim date to arrange for reshipment of the garment. In this case, the garment will be sent freight collect to the delivery address, where payment must be made to the shipping company upon receipt of the product.
Before filing a quality claim, we invite you to review the most common reasons for application rejection:
*The time limit of thirty (30) days after the purchase was delivered to make the claim was exceeded.
*Failure to follow garment washing and care instructions.
*Use of chemicals or bleach in washing.
*Faded by direct sun drying.
*Garment altered or modified by the customer and therefore its shape was affected.
*The print, appliqué or embroidery was ironed.
*Normal wear and tear of the garment.
In the event that www.tumodalatina.com has mistakenly sent a different item than the one ordered, we will exchange the product and will also cover the return shipping costs.
